A long time since my last post! We have had a really very busy year and continued to work on many diverse projects. We did the build for the Brighton beach venue at The Great Escape. We supplied the site crew, plant operators and stage crew for the venue. Managed to do this with a small multi-skilled team. The continuity of crew and their skills and experience were really appreciated on site and I hope we get to do this again in 2020. Survived the Brighton festival and running around all the venues, lots of conference work also going on at the same time so May was a challenging month! The summer saw us at more outdoor events with the Lionesses playing at the Amex Stadium, Big Church Day Out, Shakespeare’s Globe touring company and Goodwood Festival of Speed to name but a few. Conference season kicked off again in September with Brighton hosting the TUC, Brighton SEO and the Labour Party. It was another really busy month as crew were in demand at lots of other venues less local to us. We are also being subbed by more London crew companies for jobs in our area, it’s good that we are trusted to represent them. This month has been a bit quieter (I usually try to get away at this time of the year) but I have been kept busy with quoting for lots and booking crew up for those clients who have given me plenty of notice on their event needs! Looking forward to warmer weather…
